By the time a child “graduates” from Raising Readers, he or she has a small library of twelve books to call their very own. Books for Raising Readers are quality, hardcover books selected to reflect each age and stage between birth and five years. A group of Maine people who know about children’s literature: doctors, librarians, child development experts, and parents ensure each book appeals to each age group and stands up to the test of repeated read alouds.
