Literacy Providers Meet to Discuss Strengthening Families through Literacy

Literacy providers from across the state met on Friday, March 12th for a conference at the Augusta Civic Center to explore "Strengthening Families and Communities through Literacy."

More than 200 literacy providers met to discuss best practices and to collaborate to improve literacy services for Maine's families. raising readers presented a workshop on Building Bridges: Using raising readers Books in Family Literacy, Childcare & Other Settings.
