Join raising readers for our second annual Family Literacy Night at the Children's Museum of Maine on Friday, November 2, 2007 from 5pm -7pm.

Many of the authors and illustrators whose books have been in our program will be on hand to read stories and meet their fans. Authors and illustrators scheduled to attend include:

• Anna Dewdney - "Llama, Llama Red Pajama"
• Chris Van Deusen - "If I Built A Car"
• Laura Rankin - "Fluffy and Baron"
• Toni Buzzeo - "Little Loon and Papa"

Families will:

• listen to stories by their favorite authors
• do fun, book-related activities
• read together in the raising readers Multicultural Book Nook
• have the opportunity to have their books signed
• have the opportunity to purchase additional titles written by these authors.

Admission to the Children's Museum from 5pm - 7pm is FREE
